Meet the Team

Manisha Rajyaguru is our Human Resources Manager and joined Roberson and Associates in July 2018. She graduated from the University of Illinois at Chicago and has worked in the HR field for 10+ years. She has worked with a variety of HRIS systems, predominantly ADP Workforce Now. During her tenure at her previous companies, she has implemented and enforced compliance policies and procedures to comply with state and federal regulations.

Manisha is proficient in full cycle recruiting, employee relations, and benefit management. She has previously processed payroll for companies with over 700 employees, union and non-union. She also has worked in an accounting firm that has provided her with experience in QuickBooks and Accounts Payable.
