Senior Principal Investigator
Dr. Peterson joined Roberson and Associates in 2010. He is a Lifetime Fellow of the Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers (IEEE) and co-author of four text books on digital communications and spread spectrum technology. He has 37 years of experience in digital communications technology and has served as associate editor for spread spectrum for the IEEE Transactions on Communications.
Prior to joining Roberson and Associates he was a Fellow of the Technical Staff at Motorola Labs where, most recently, he was responsible for system-level capacity analysis of relay-assisted Worldwide Interoperability for Microwave Access (WiMAX) systems. He is the author of numerous technical papers and holds six issued U.S. patents.
He earned his Bachelor of Science, Master of Science, and Ph.D. degrees in Electrical Engineering from Illinois Institute of Technology.
